We reply to tickets within one business day, and sooner for urgent matters.

You authorize The Whole Brain Group at an hourly rate of $150 to investigate and resolve the issue(s) you are reporting. This time begins with assessment of the issue. We will contact you if more than one (1) hour is required.

If you have a WholeBrainCare Pro website maintenance plan, we provide one (1) hour of free technical support per month. If you have an active AccreditStation account, we provide free technical support as part of your contract.
